At Into the Woods, a locally sourced breakfast basket is available on request, £12.50 for 2 people including sausages, eggs & bacon.

For our large group bookings who take over the whole site, a catering package is available, please email us upon booking if interested.

Pubs & restaurants:

Best local pub is The Featherston Arms, 3 miles away, in Kirkoswald. It can be accessed by road or walk from site, through the woods and along the river taking roughly 1 hour. Warm and cosy local pub selling excellent home cooked food and a wide range of both local and national cask ales.

The George & Dragon - 10 miles away. A country Inn with a restaurant and cosy bar serving excellent food, mostly produced in their own garden and surrounding fields. With a philosophy built on sustainability, simplicity and taste, you are guaranteed an excellent meal based on fresh seasonal and local produce complimented by an amazing wine list.

The Watermill at Little Salkeld -1.5 miles away. A lovely working watermill & tearoom offering delicious organic vegetarian food, refreshing drinks and reviving cups of coffee. It can be accessed either by car or on foot from the site through fields and is also on the lovely 5 mile walking loop taking in the stone circle Long Meg and her Daughters and Lacy’s Caves.
