Like him, you too could wake up to the magical sound of nature in your stunning oak cabin bed complete with sumptuous bed linen, cushions and extra blankets.

Have a brew undercover on the loveliest wicker bench whilst planning your day. Head out on the 5 mile loop taking in the wonderful sandstone Lacy’s Caves and ancient stone circle Long Meg, head into the Lake District, only 20 mins away or just relax.

Or, if feeling a little less active, light the wood-burner, switch on the solar lights, pull out your book and just unwind.

Come dusk, settle back with a large glass of wine and enjoy the fire pit and wondrous dark skies.
